We do a simple sit-down, skype or phone call. No fancy projectors or powerpoint presentations, just a simple chat to get a sense of what you wish to achieve. We then outline what we can do to help you succeed. From this consult, we are then able to prepare a quote, in case you haven’t already picked one of our predefined web design packages shown below.

Revise

Within 7 days, we will be done with the initial first website draft. We will upload it on a preview link which we will email to you. We expect your comments and suggestions to improve on this draft. The revision process usually takes less than 48 hours. It’s important to note here that any additions not included in the initial quote will attract a $25/hour fee.

Maintenance

Congradulations! You have a new website!
However, it is not over after we deploy. Keeping your website up-to-date with relevant fresh content is very critical to the overall success of your website and your company! We have various web maintenance packages to help you achieve this.

Design

After the mandatory initial down-payment has been made (usually 50% of quote), we then hit the ground running. At this stage we will need your company profile, all marketing materials you may have, i.e brochures, pamphlets, newspaper adverts, e.t.c and all other information you may need to include on your site.

Deploy

We get your final approval and then we upload your website to your hosting space and do all the necessary site tests and checks. We then introduce your website to your customers, Google and the world. We give you more tips on how you can also do your part to increase traffic, and subsequently, sales, to your site. Our remaining 50% will now be due.
